Junior doctors are anything but “junior”. They make a colossal contribution to patient care. Their training can last 15 years or more.
But the job is becoming impossible. Extreme short-staffing and years of pay erosion is forcing junior doctors out of the NHS.
Real-terms pay cuts since 2008 have left junior doctors out of pocket by over a third in England.
They can't afford to go on like this. HCSA junior doctors have voted to take all-out strike action over pay.
Support these junior doctors to take action by donating to their strike fund. It will be used to support the strike so that they can keep going until they win.
Any unused funds will be spent on resources for HCSA campaigning.
Please donate to strike fund so that they can keep going until they win!
Junior doctors have experienced real terms wage decline since 2008.
It’s time for HCSA junior doctors to show the government they will not put up with pay cuts.
